The Volunteer Hub is the place to find website navigation shortcuts, support documents, and other helpful tips for volunteers.
Whether you're looking for forms, guides, training info, or event information, we're here to help you find exactly what you need.
Note: This page is a work in progress; as we add information to best support our volunteers, the location of some resource links may change. Watch for more resources coming soon!
All registered members must have either an Annual Permission Form (girl) or an Annual Adult Participation Agreement on file with council; each file should be updated at the start of each membership year. The Annual Permission Form is also required for a girl to participate in the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
Additionally, co-leaders must have the Troop Health Form at all approved Girl Scout meetings/activities/events for each girl participant. (Troop health forms do not need to be submitted to council.)
Completed annual permission/adult participation forms can be scanned and emailed to support@girlscouts-gssi.org or brought to the council office.
Our monthly email newsletter is a great way for all members to stay informed about Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana. Weekly volunteer emails are sent on Mondays and contain essential information for volunteers.
Are you not receiving emails? Ensure your email address is correct and you opt in to email communications on your myGS member profile. If you are still not receiving these emails, contact lalvey@girlscouts-gssi.org for assistance.
Bridging Kit Order Form Bridging kits contain a bridging award patch, certificate, membership star and disc, bridging pencil, and a bridging fun patch. (Junior and Cadette kits include Brownie Wings.)
Flag Ceremonies
Flag ceremonies can be part of any activity that honors the American flag. Be sure to observe flag etiquette during a flag ceremony.

Brownie Points Referral Program
There’s no one better to share the magic of Girl Scouts than girls like yours! Our new Brownie Pointsprogram rewards Girl Scouts (and their troops) for helping friends and adults join the fun.
Girls can earn points by sharing social posts, inviting friends to events, or helping new members sign up—and then redeem their points for fun prizes or save up for bigger rewards. Plus, thetop three point-earning troops at the end of the year will win something extra special!
