confidence, and connection for girls and their families.
At Resilient, Ready, Strong, kids will explore activities designed
to support mental wellness, like:
- African Drumming and Cultural Movement (Session 1) with
the Children's Center for Dance Education (11:00-11:15 AM)
- Vision Boarding with the EVPL (11:15 AM-12:00 PM)
- African Drumming and Cultural Movement (Session 2) with the
Children's Center for Dance Education (1:00-1:15 PM)
- Creative songwriting, playing instruments, and more with River
City Rhythms Music Therapy (1:30-2:00 PM)
- and an event
group feelings mural with UE's Art Therapy Graduate Students (entire
event)!
Plus, connect with community partners sharing resources and support
for the whole family!
