Celebrate International Day of Girls and Women in Science with this engaging and inspiring program led by local NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador and GSSI Volunteer Mandy Scurry.
 

Girl Scouts will explore the stories of women throughout history and across cultures who made powerful contributions to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Despite facing resistance and doubt, these women persisted and helped shape the world we live in today. Girls will leave inspired and ready to see themselves as future innovators and leaders.

👧 WHO: Girl Scouts in grades K-5 (but older girls are welcome) (Tagalongs are NOT permitted)

📌 WHERE: EVPL Central Library in the Large Group Room

📅 WHEN: Saturday, February 28, 10-11:30 AM CT

💲 COST: $5 per Girl Scout (includes program supplies and a patch)

Payment can be made by Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check.
Registration forms and payment may be:
