Join us for a free evening event designed by volunteers, for volunteers!
Whether you’re a troop leader, assistant, service unit member, or new to your role, this is your chance to connect with others, celebrate Girl Scout traditions, and gather fresh ideas and tools to support your Girl Scout experience—all while enjoying a complimentary dinner as our way of saying thank you for all you do!
This year’s Fall Summit will include:
🎵 Learning classic Girl Scout songs—not
only are they a cherished tradition that builds connection and
spirit, but they’re also the perfect go-to filler when your meeting
runs short or you need to shift gears quickly.
💚 A unique "Show and Tell" where volunteers can share meaningful memorabilia from their time as a girl or adult member—bring your uniforms, badges, SWAPS, favorite kaper charts, or anything that tells your story. Whether you're bringing something to share or just excited to learn from others, all are welcome to participate!
🥳 Hands-on activities and volunteer presentations exploring traditional Girl Scout ceremonies and the significance of Founder's Day (October 31, the birthday of our founder, Juliette Gordon Low). Includes designated time for all volunteers to share their favorite ceremony moments and Founder's Day celebrations—so we can all learn and be inspired by each other’s experiences.
📁 A ready-to-go folder of resources to help you dive deeper into Girl Scout traditions, plus learn how to access these resources on our new communication platform, Rallyhood.
💻 A brief, live demonstration from a local troop showcasing how they use Rallyhood for troop success.
🤩 BONUS: all participants will receive a limited-edition
Volunteer Summit patch to commemorate the evening!

Can’t make it for the full two hours? You’re still welcome! No worries if you need to arrive late or leave early—join us when you can.

💲 COST: This event is FREE for all active, registered volunteers.
⚠️ REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, September 19 at 12:00 PM CT. Attendees need to register in advance to ensure food and seating for everyone.
