Complete a Journey virtually with Girl Scouts from across the country!
Join Girl Scouts of Central Texas to get down to the roots of the food network to see how complex and global food and land issues can be. You'll have a chance to explore what makes a meal truly happy. This Journey will have you thinking about where food comes from, how it's grown, processed, and distributed, and even how it's wasted. Then finally, how your community, country, and planet are affected by these decisions.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 15, 2025
COST: $30
Ambassador Girl Scouts are welcome to attend this event to fulfill their prerequisite for their Gold Award.
Girl Scouts will receive a link to the Take Action Google Slides at the end of the event to help them with the planning and completion of their Take Action project for this journey.
Journey badges can be purchased at the GSSI Shop.
