Join Elliott Kyusho-Jitsu for an exclusive Girl Scout self-defense workshop!
Girl Scouts of all ages are invited to learn alongside each other how martial arts can be used to defend themselves at this Self Defense Workshop with Master Eric Elliot at Elliott Kyusho-Jitsu in Boonville!
🥋 Training Schedule:
- 2:00 PM - 2:20 PM (Kicks and Strikes)
- 2:20 PM - 2:40 PM (Defenses against Grabs/Holds)
- 2:40 PM - 3:00 PM (Defenses against Chokes)
- 3:00 PM - 3:20 PM (Defenses from the Ground)
- 3:20 PM - 3:30 PM (Questions & Answers)
Girl Scouts should come prepared in clothes they can move easily in, and be ready for some martial arts fun!
