At this tasty event, Girl Scouts will get to decorate 3 birthday-themed cookies in honor of JGL's birthday at the end of October. Participants will follow along with the instructor from ARK Creative Dessert Co., and learn different royal icing techniques before taste-testing their yummy creations at the end.
