Complete a Journey virtually with Girl Scouts from across the country!
Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts are invited to join Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road for this multi-level Journey event! Cadettes will be working on the aMAZE Journey, while Seniors will be working on the GIRLtopia Journey.
Life is a maze, so during this Journey, you'll find out how to develop true friendships, navigate cliques, and move beyond stereotypes, with the ultimate goal of peace in your interpersonal relationships. Develop a firm leadership foundation of understanding yourself, be able to make ethical decisions, build teams, care about others, envision change, and take action toward it.
Cadette Take Action Project: Plan a project that gives you the chance to demonstrate your leadership that will enable you to advance peace in the world.
Senior Take Action Project: Plan a project that addresses an issue in your community. Use surveys, interviews, and brainstorm ideas.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 24, 2024
COST: $30
You will receive a Google Slides link at the end of the event that will help you with planning and completing your Take Action Project.
