Who: Girls in grades 2-12; you do not have to be a
registered members to attend. Adults and/or troop leaders must stay
with their participants to maintain the proper adult-to-girl
ratio.
Cost: $14.00 per participant with a $2.50 credit
card fee applied per submission. You may call the GSSI office at (812)
421-4970 for payment to avoid credit card fees. Adults do not need to
pay participant fees.
Join Girl Scouts as we soar to new heights while climbing at Vertical Excape - Evansville! Participants will be greeted by staff and given a 15 minute introduction with tips on how to climb, what gear is used, and a safety briefing. The climbing session will last an hour and 15 minutes, and allow girls to use any of the 9 auto-belay climbing systems at the facility. The cost includes all climbing gear (harnesses, shoes, ropes, auto-belay systems) and orientation.
Registration closes April 5 at 12:00 PM Central Time. Registrations spaces are limited to 20 participants. If the event is full, you will be emailed and refunded.
