Prepare to lead tent camping overnights
with our hands-on Troop Camp Training!
Troop Camp Training certifies volunteers to hold tent overnights at campgrounds and other outdoor locations by providing hands-on camp training during an overnight experience. Skills covered will include advanced fire building, various outdoor cooking techniques, tent care, Leave No Trace, and much more.
Troop Camp Training is typically offered twice a year: once in the spring and once in the fall.

💲 COST: $20 per person (covers food and training expenses) | A $2.50 credit card processing fee will be added to each registration.

⚠️ DEADLINE: April 16 at 12 PM CT
✅ PREREQUISITES: Fire Building and Basic Outdoor Cooking certification: you MUST have completed this training course at least 6 months before Troop Camp Training to effectively practice skills.
‼️REQUIREMENTS: You MUST attend the entire training to be certified!
