Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library's "Library of Things"

The Library of Things is an extension of EVPL's collection. From outdoor games, and baking equipment, to musical instruments, the Library of Things is here to help you discover, explore, and connect in new ways.

A signed waiver must be on file before checking out a Library of Things item. Waivers are available at all EVPL locations and must be signed in the presence of an EVPL staff member. Click to view a sample Library of Things waiver or a Library of Things Parent-Guardian waiver. Kayaks and paddleboards require an additional safety waiver for each checkout.

How to Use the Library of Things

Most Library of Things items check out for 3 weeks with 3 renewals (if there are no holds on the item). Cultural Passes check out for ONE week and are not renewable.
