    What: *Camping Badges will cover most of the required skills for each Badge, but do not include an overnight stay.

    What: 45-minute Special Girl Scout Daisy Yoga class (yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters provided), including yoga-themed games and a small craft, after-class smoothie sample, and tour of Livewell. (Approx. 1 hr. 15 minutes). This is the perfect place for Daisies to work towards the Purple Petal: “Respect myself and others” or Red Petal “Courageous and Strong.”

    Age Level: Brownies
    What: This is a special night where the museum is only open to Girl Scouts. Girls will have the opportunity to explore the museum, see a planetarium show, try out the telescopes outside on the Museum’s plaza, and participate in hands on astronomy activities.

    What: 2-3 hour program where Girl Scouts learn all about the basics of horseback riding. We will cover horse safety and equine care. Engage in hands-on learning how to groom and saddle a horse, plus riding! Girl Scouts will learn to walk, stop, and steer a horse and will have the opportunity to ride through an obstacle course! Each Girl Scout will receive their Horseback Riding Badge and a coloring/activity book to take home.

    What: Experiment with different materials. Colored pencils, pens, pastels, etc. Learn how to do shading: Drawing an archival object three times. Zoom into an object or take a bug’s eye view. Get some perspective. Use your Imagination. Draw a clown character, cartoon on logo. Create a portfolio by displaying Red Skelton art work and skills.     What: Painting with a Twist-Evansville is a fun art studio where Girl Scouts can create their own masterpiece. They conduct 1.5-2 hour classes where our local talented artists can guide girls through the painting process. At the end of the class, the girls walk out with their own unique twist on our artwork and their own masterpiece. During the class, local artists teach different techniques and styles as related to acrylic on canvas medium. All artwork is done on a 16x20 canvas.
    Cost: $25.00 per person for both adults and girls (if parents will not paint, there is no cost).
    Badge: For and extra $5, Brownies can complete all the steps to earn the Painting Skill Building Badge.
