PAYMENT OPTIONS Payment for items is accepted online. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Payment can also be accepted by credit card on the phone, or by check or money order mailed to the council office, at 223 NW 2nd Street, Evansville, IN 47708.
